Yes, I have seen those negative links regarding Brian Kistler and they mean absolutely nothing to me. It's not about what has transpired in the past. It's more about what is going to transpire now and in the future. There is enough evidence to expect something positive and huge for KRFG. Besides, he was never "officially" charged with anything that would be consider a wrongdoing on his behalf.

I can't count the amount of times to where... all a person has to do is get it right once and all of the times where things didn't work in the past never mattered.

I can tell you about a guy that had a criminal record that years later became the CEO of a stock and led that stock from the .00s to over .60+ per share then left to become the CEO of another stock that he then led it to go from the low .000s to .18+ per share.

I can tell you about another guy that had a history within the market way worse than Kistler's reputation and that guy later became the CEO of a stock and led that stock from the .10+ per share range to trading in the multi-dollars. Heck, he did this after he failed to take another company into bankruptcy.

I can tell you plenty of examples like this or similar. Again, it's not about what has transpired in the past. It's more about what is going to transpire now and in the future. There is enough evidence to expect something positive and huge for KRFG.

Kistler is nothing more than a middleman with this deal to help facilitate the administrative work for a smooth transition to its new management coming in to take over KRFG. This was stated within the earlier filings. I have no concerns.
