But, but, but......they say it's in the bag....that it's all hunky dory.....that it's easy peasy lemon squeazy. They say EU is the TICKET! No problem. They've been saying so since the Koh ruling & before as well. They said US system all corrupt (only when it rules against vplm, of course...) but EU is not that way and patent friendly. Many instances of being assured of this. Of course, I keep saying, well, if that's true, how come no one in EU has gotten froggy & leapt? (considering the vast & untold immeasurable fortunes that we all know is there just waiting for someone to snatch the treasures up...).
