As for news, we are 2.5 months into discovery .. So could hear something soon. . Either they make an offer that we accept or go to trial. I'd figure if we go to trial, the damages and end result of the publicity this will get as a result is something they would like to avoid. As of now the public has been pretty much in the dark on this one. But if it goes to trial, I'm sure this will get major headlines.

As many have mentioned, determining the size and scope of the damages is the problem. So many hands involved, the amount of people who had knowledge or didn't on what was going on, is the real problem.

Easy take .. Make a decent offer to avoid a bigger settlement/damages. I figured they'd take the discovery as far as they can, they make an offer at the last minute when trial is about to kick in.

Regardless, any win will be a positive for anybody that holds shares. The share structure alone with command a premium price regardless of settlement amount.
