I knew DANR rang a bell. I wrote an article about it for PSS back in 2013. It started out as a blank check company created by Jehu Hand in 2006. The shell was purchased by Len De Melt, a Canadian in the mining business, in 2008. That never went anywhere.

In August 2013, the company filed an 8-K, explaining, though not very clearly, that the shell had been sold to one Vitaliano Lombos, though he resigned almost immediately. He was replaced by Alan Smith as sole officer and director. Smith was a retired Canadian mining executive living in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The filing also announced that DANR was getting into the bottled water business. That caused a blip in the stock price, but it didn't last long. And DANR was never heard from again, until now.
