The 8-k regarding the Comcast partnership was 11/28/2018. The 8-k/a was 12/07/2018. It was not months later. Since the Comcast partnership, which began January 2019 per 8-k/a, there has been another 8-k/a clarifying that VIVA will receive $0.50 per month for a minimum of 100,000 of Tingo Mobile subscribers in exchange for VIVA’s platform use. With Tingo Mobile having a 2.5 million subscriber base, it could be interpreted that VIVA will receive $50,000-$1,250,000 per month from the Tingo Mobile partnership at some point in the future. In my opinion, these partnerships show that VIVA is expanding on a global scale with the help of Comcast and that will continue to solidify their presence in the international market. We might be seeing the beginning of a period of exponential and parabolic growth, all in my honest opinion of course.
