My best guess is DTC is holding shares and acting as agent at this time but of course that's just a guess. DTC will not share further information unless you have brokerage status. I have gauged my risk of outstanding shares with my observations since 2010. I am comfortable with my assessment. If this is your major concern with UNVC then I might suggest market cap valuation now and future market cap vs estimated outstanding share projections to assess your risk without historic reference.
