How does SPIN rate a good bet?

MGMT has been a failure for years. Not just last 12 months. And don't forget this MGMT let it get to the point of stopping it's core business.

Anything that happens has to include MGMT and the BoD being replaced .... Otherwise there would be no indication the future would bring any level of success but rather a continuation of the same BS of the last several years. I suspect this is a big reason no deals have come to fruition.

This MGMT is a failure. Period..... And has to go.
