now that is an interesting post hisilki1

because there is another OTC company that
has been brought to my attention that is considering
doing that (S1) .. i'm actually waiting to see exactly how
that would work .. if actually able to be undertaken ..

what i do know from that pesky documentation
is that NR (non retail) seemingly has to *mark* and *report*
differently for those OTC companies with S1 registrations
vs those that came public via a R/M (PTOI)

one company that came public via an S1 back in April 2015 and
coincidentally shares the same TA as P2O does .. has had over
15 different times where *reg sho* was triggered .. and like PTOI
this OTC target was run from about $1.00 to $7.00~ (in 3 minutes)
mere days after coming public via an S1 .. that was 4 years ago
last month ..

looking forward to what *imo* NR (non retail) learned that keeps spooking them re: PTOI
