Again, I think one can never be too "safe" so I will say it again...
DF is coming sometime between now and 6/30/19 ! Mc publicly stated it to shareholders in both verbal and printed form. In fact, it is in the 4/15/19 Corp. Presentation on the website. (H1 2019)
My Point:
THEY KNOW what's what and decided to Present at Bloom Burton and also speak at the 6/20 event (right after Verb as a matter of fact).
There is no way they delay it as many folks will likely vote for their reprice in large part because DF is on track and FDA submittal is coming soon. It is very very hard for me to believe that something major comes up to derail it at the last minute, especially if it is announced after the vote passes for them to "reprice" their options. They cannot hold back material information and then gain from it at the shareholders expense. They would be flooded with dozens of lawsuits.
To take it a step further, WHY would Mc embarrass himself on 6/20 by speaking IF they would wind up delaying it ? In fact, that is the perfect showcase to talk about it and rub elbows...they need to hype it at the conference as (hopefully) news will hit the day before or maybe even the morning of 6/20. That day SHOULD be Titan Medical's coming out party IMO.
To take it a step further than that, this recent raised closed quickly and an over-allotment came into play. I am quite sure DD was done as the buyers would have wanted to know if there was ANY chance of a DF delay. Pretty clear everything closed smoothly with that raise !
So, I am led to believe this is going to be a MILESTONE that truly happens on or before 6/30/19...likely sometime between 5/29 and 6/20 folks. I feel pretty good about this one and kind of like 6/19/19 as the date !!! GLTA
