Hapcody, I think you are correct these lawsuits against CVBT must be motivated by hate and vengeance.

I asked a corporate lawyer, why would anyone spend tens of thousands of dollars to sue CVBT, if they believe CVBT is broke? He told me that if CVBT has been operating and incurred debts, while the officers and directors knew it was insolvent, then they could be personally liable for those debts, since the corporate veil could be breached. If someone gets a judgement against CVBT and CVBT cannot pay the judgement, then the party could go after the CVBT officers and directors for the amounts owed.

People like Calvin Wallen, Mike Flaa, Grant Gordon, Laurence Myerson, Jon Rose, Robert Schleizer and director Moran could all be pursued for the amount of the judgement. I asked the lawyer how would the holder of the judgement know they can collect from a Flaa or Myerson? He told me if there is real hate, he has seen people spend on legal fees to force the others to pay for their own legal defense. If CVBT has no money, then Flaa and Myerson would have to pay their own legal fees, which could be tens of thousands of dollars each. Do you think this is why Mike Flaa resigned as an Officer and Director of CVBT, because he sees people coming after him and him having to pay tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees to defend himself?

Hapcody, you know the people involved. Tell me, is there that much hate between them that they would spend a hundred thousand dollars just to personally punish, Wallen, Flaa, Gordon and others?

As a CVBT shareholder, I cannot see how this is good for us. A civil war where both sides are willing to kill CVBT, just to hurt the others personally. Does anyone know how the lawsuit against the employees is going? If they win their $8 million wage claim is CVBT dead and the CVBT officers and directors in trouble to pay the $8 million?
