Some important near-term dates for your fingertips:

1) Tuesday 4/30 at 1:30pm Eastern, Mc speaks at the Bloom Burton Conference. It will be webcast live w/ replay available.

2) Q1 FINs release is in mid-May (I am 99% sure either 5/15 or 5/16)

3) The AGM/Special Mtg is now taking place on Wednesday 5/29

4) Mc as well as several key Titan Medical affiliates (SAB member etc.) will be speaking on the afternoon of 6/20 at the Society of Robotic Surgery Conference. Verb, Moll, Patel - all in attendance that day


** I'd argue any delay with DF and Mc basically is guaranteed an immediate exit. I am no lawyer but he has publicly stated that it is still on for H1 of 2019. That means by 6/30/19 (and that was in print on the 4/15/19 Corporate Presentation as well). That gets moved back and it will be lawsuit central - won't happen. Just sayin

Logically think about something...one of the reasons people would VOTE FOR a reprice of Mgt options is because they publicly stated that design freeze is still on track and FDA submittal is coming. They can't have folks vote YES and have it pass only to then push DF back. That wouldn't fly because that would be material info. purposefully withheld which likely would directly benefit Mgt. at shareholders expense. Things would get UGLY like real fast. Honestly, I don't believe the stock would ever recover from it. Won't happen
