my understanding of what was said at the AGM
was that QS wanted terms to establish as much independence as
possible

i am not sure if those terms will allow any deference re disclosure of the
stats which are owned by QS

there may be favourable terms re first sales to the partner
but that's very different..

hopefully the partner has agreed to be named once the
stats are established..
