Sure, but as you know this happens all the time with lots of companies and not just the ones traded on OTC. Have you seen how many times Elon Musk made false claims about Tesla? He's been investigated by FCC a couple times now because he is such a big fish. Most companies I traded didn't follow through with what they promised and that's ok, things can change quickly when you are running a business. Maybe they have bigger plans in the works and can't be bothered with the conference.
