Here is the truth...the original "toxic" debt they are referring to is essentially a line of credit to the stockholder equity...the issue shares and raise equity which is working capital to reinvest...that note is $923K which has been drastically reduced through the share issuance...the money is being reinvested into the company and yes the conversion rate is .003 as you want to be able to realize the full potential of the equity...per my other post MM and short sided investors drool over these early start up companies as they know they have to dilute to raise funds...they hop on top of their selling and short the stock even further...notice the pattern over the last year...shares are issued and sold, boom MM short the stock to further exacerbate the sell off for funds and then claim the stock is tanking...what does this do? It encourages more selling which drives the stock down further...this is all being done on naked short shares which don't have to be covered with equity...they keep the lid on the stock and apply pressure during key times such as PR's or when no news has come in a while...the whole goal is to get as low as possible and hoping the company files so they don't have to pay taxes on the gains...they know time is the enemy with long sided investors who will get tired and leave so they just have to wait it out and when people sell off boom another opportunity to short the stock...Market makers are designed to establish and create a market...they aren't supposed to manipulate and fraud people but easy to do when they hold all the cards in the deck...people sell at market and they drop the stock down to scoop up cheap shares someone buys at ask to drive the stock up and they split the order and sell some at the bid to hold the price down...they are making a boat load of money and don't care about how they get it...
