Question, Why the lawsuits? If this thing is dead with only the bones left for the buzzards to pick, why spend money on lawyers to bring yet another suit against CVBT? Okay lets say someone has a legit claim. Why waste effort if there is nothing there? Even so, you wouldnt bother unless there is something there to lay claim to. I suspect there is something there (value) of some kind or else folks would walk away and chalk it up to life lesson and money lost. How much value is the unanswered question. Or is that any potential to get on the train, which has already left the station, is worth it because potential value? Significant value? Or is an attempt to impede CVBT at all cost? Some lawyer money is worth it for spite or vengence. If you have the money or... there is money to be claimed if CVBT relist another law suit is worth giving it a shot.
