He definitely has a plan for expansion - It will just take some time, and he implies that it will be gradual - be patient, is the gist.

Let share price follow as growth comes along, he's obviously not gonna worry about pushing this issue. Sounds appropriate.
He notes the growth achieved in the last year.


Q3 is normally the slowest Quarter.
