This makes a bit more sense if indeed accurate. I saw a post regarding a bankruptcy. By chance do you have a source to the actual letter from the EKO attorney? You seem to know a lot of inside baseball regarding this situation.

It appears that the business continues to operate. Who then is continuing to manufacture the product? The corporation owns the know-how and equipment I presume.
