Bullsh!t! How do you know it's not the company doing it to make it look like buys? Shares cost them nothing! READ THE FILING, they said right there 50 to 1 REVERSE SPLIT! With a name change, probably be ScrewedYou, sounds like a good name.

Pugies was right all along, you want to buy, do it! Enjoy the 50 to 1 R/S wipe out the reset at $10 will drop 90% with a month most likely!
