To trimax owners.
Since the person (trimax) did not declare bankruptcy, and all that happened was an asset (saavy) was repossessed, then no, no trustee would be assigned, McCourt would get involved, and worst ,no positive impact from Saavy in the future will be for the benefit of the old owner trimax.
That's why it had no trustee, or notice. And why trimax is not reporting. In their case, saavy was basically the ONLY asset they had, so although they. Have NOT gone bk, there is really nothing left. Which is why I don't understand people still buying it based on ANYTHING to do with saavy. The "repossessed car"
