If I recall that was an internal document they drafted for a public raise after they were supposed to file an S-1. The guys that use to be there were the ones in charge of all the public stuff because they were supposedly the experienced ones. They never delivered on anything, destroyed the market and left CEO with the hot tatter. He later fired them. I think that document was put out by the crooks against instruction from the company because it was suppose to be used with investment firms and banks after it was finished. I think what you have there was a draft from that time period and was released without authorization. I am not sure so you might want to check with company. That’s from 5 years ago and I don’t recall all of the conversation I had with their legal guy at the time.
