Because it's like a liquidation...but not.
Its Liquidation with complexities...
Complexities = more to the story?
More to the story = satisfying all creditors?
Reverse merger? Restructuring?...noone really knows but we will find out. And anyone who says for certain they know is full of it. All hypothesis and speculation at this point.
