I do not think it's Dilution, I think they are just trying to get a foot in to the Music Industries very Exclusive I.P. Sector not something easy to do by any means but they have Definitely shown that they are able to with the US based P.R.O. Pro Music Rights deal. So while their Valuation is insanely under priced right now I think they will become a billion + dollar company in the future.
