Dude! RETC is cash flow positive, will have $2 million reported revenue maybe more in the upcoming quarter, they have PIPE financing and are moving to more traditional lines of credit. RETC business model is acquiring companies by shares, why wouldn't they raise the A/S to continue adding accretive acquisitions and gain access to that $12 million line of credit in the near future, it seems to be working for them.
