As you yourself say Walhall, you are not a lawyer. Yet you are crystal clear on the legalese of the Tauren bankruptcy, yet are not sure of the legalese on the merits of a judge’s ruling against people apparently wronged by CVBT.

And thanks, as always, for the weekly post of the links to the Tauren matter. I did ask before if you were able to post the actual words behind the links - since I doubt many here plan to pay to subscribe to read the case filings. You would do us all a great service by cut n paste of this please. Good chap and thanks.
