Not sure what makes anyone think I’m ok with where we are but I also know what it takes to run a business and how a few rotten apples can spoil the bunch. I understand what the man has been up against and he had a way out on more than one occasion. Would have saved him more than a few headaches I reckon. I also know the sort of riff raff that suckered me and my partners into investing in the company before it was a public company and before Mr. Umbra was involved. They left that fellar with a mess. Instead of jumping ship he stuck around and worked at it. I respect a fellar that doesn’t quite and is willing to work hard. He hasn’t lied to me one bit but has fallen short. I don’t think it was all his fault but when you’re the man at the top you have to take responsibility for it all. Good or bad. I have invested in a few companies in my day and not one of those CEO’s can touch this ones work ethic. He has never stopped and has always made some progress no matter how small. He’s not a liar, he was naive and too ambitious. That was his mistake. He’s made some fixes and has shown signs of improvement. If he would have quit we would have lost all of our investment. I support the fellar because if it wasn’t for him we would not have a chance to recover any of our investment. He didn’t have to do anything for us because our investment was before him and before they went public. We had a handshake with the other boys and that could have cost us. Mr. Umbra was the one that stepped up and made things right. Even when we weren’t very nice to him in the beginning. We thought he was like them other fellars. He wasn’t.
