why isnt the company current? Looks like they aren't caring too much for shareholders to get up to date on filings. Pure indication of a pump n dump if u ask me. What's of value here? We all know the otc is filled with scams. There's nothing here that indicates anyone should be buying shares of this dark DEFUNCT non reporting company until they prove to shareholders they can become current and gain the trust of real investors. I don't see that here, if they can't take care of business for themselves then they definitely can't get it done for shareholders
