<< I believe the royalty agreement is for 2% of net sales, if indeed the army contract falls under the agreement Kraig would have owed Notre Dame 2% of $401,620, so around $8000 dollars, not very much is it really? >>

Not even close. KBLB owed Notre Dame almost $1/4 million. They hadn't paid ND in years. ND got sick and tired of the excuses and threatened to revoke their license agreement for global commercialization rights (which would have made KBLB worthless).

"On March 20, 2019, the Company issued 4,052,652 shares of its class A common stock as payment for $243,159 of certain debt owed to the University of Notre Dame."

"As previously stated, in 2011, the Company exercised its option to obtain the global commercialization rights to the technology developed under the collaborative research agreements with Notre Dame... The license agreement has a term of 20 years which can be extended on an annual basis after that. It can be terminated by the University of Notre Dame if the Company [KBLB] defaults on its obligations under the agreement and fails to cure such default within 90 days of a written notice by the university."

<< The last $1million dollars we received through share placing was at a premium to the current share price! >>

No, it wasn't at a "premium to the current share price". The warrants were for 6 cents a share for 2021 and 2022, and 8 cents per share for 2022 and 2023. So Kim only expects the share price to go to 8 cents in another 4 years. I would hardly call that a "premium".

- ½ of all 6 Cent Warrants shares shall expire on March 8, 2021;
- ½ of all 6 Cent Warrants shall expire on March 8, 2022;
- ½ of all 8 Cent Warrants shall expire on March 8, 2022; and,
- ½ of all 8 Cent Warrants shall expire on March 8, 2023.

<< Yep, and we've been working with them [Polartec] for 2 years >>

And KBLB has been "working with" Warwick Mills for 6 years. And nothing of real worth has come out of that "partnership" either.

"Oct 21, 2013– Kraig Biocraft Laboratories ... and Warwick Mills ... jointly announced today that they have signed a collaborative development agreement concerning the development and commercialization of advanced textiles utilizing Kraig’s Monster Silk recombinant spider silk technology."
