Good Morning Mach and Everyone! Nice Market Maker paint jobs in the EXBX house hey? Hopefully everyone is taking some notes on this painting of the "EXBX TAPE by the Market Makers." Can we prove they are painting the TAPE? Yes we can...Everyone please Keep a running list of your Time and Sales, whether buys or sells and compare them to the TAPE. Keep a running list please :)

I do believe the MMs are taking full advantage to manipulate the tape while we are in the greys, I do believe its time for them to get some paint thinner poured on them as well....IMO.

P.S. If you don't think a Market Maker can paint the TAPE then take a strong look at this note to the NASD from a market maker admitting that they just accidentally forgot to report over 111 Billion shares of a company stock to the TAPE. Guess what, they only came clean when the victim company wanted to Subpoena the company's trading records from the DTC. Was this MM forced to come clean on after the threat of the DTC's trading records were to be Subpoenaed.
