Despite VLNX's dirty past which will continue to cause it problems moving forward, Robert Stevens hijacked the shell in 2017 (his second time hijacking the shell - he originally hijacked the shell in 2012 and sold it to Gregg Muholland).

Robert Stevens finally found a sucker to buy the worthless VLNX shell on June 6, 2018 when James Frack showed up as the new control person.

James Frack set up an Oklahoma entity named Vision Plasma Systems Inc on June 7, 2018

The next day on June 8, 2018 Frack filed an article of merger at the Oklahoma SOS

On June 27, 2018 a merge out filing was done at the Nevada SOS. It appears that Frack has merged the VLNX Nevada entity into to Oklahoma Entity
