That's funny.... Searching there were two things missing:

1) SIML wasn't mentioned
2) No mention how to identify a fake 8K filing

So I guess SIML is as most have expected, legit!

BTW, I noticed the author of that article didn't have the balls to identify himself so I assume the article is fake!
