Looks like the negative Press on lawsuits filed by family members etc. Is waying heavily on ICO.

I believe in the conference call I listened too the CEO stated that their insurance was sufficient to cover any possible lawsuits.Does anyone know if that statement was factually true or was Hatfield "embelishing".

I know that if they go after ROSS ,,,,,he has Millions if not Billions to draw from and in this case you can't blame people for taking a shot at the company on a lawsuit,esepcially with Ross's Name tied to the company.

You can sue over a hot cup of coffee,so this is all understandable.

According to the company they think it was an 'Act of God" I.E. Lightning strike>>

I guess the jury is still way out on this.They Need some kind of affirmation from the gov. Until that happens it's gonna remain a big pressure on the PPS.

I still do not own them again after my sell at 5.15 and although this conversation sounds negative I am not trying to "help" bring the price down so I can own them again....as I am stuck on another stock ,,and might be for some time cause I'm being stubborn! :)



The company really needs to get this monkey off their backs.

I really don't have much more to say,,,and from the amount of postings here it doesn't appear anyone else does either.

GLTA I'll check in from time to time,I still think they are a really good company but they have to clear up these issues.It's not like people already didn't know about law suits and possible future ones,but the company Has to have vindication on their Reputation.
