As stated correctly, the 2019 Boilerplate Attorney Letter, which is identical to the 2018 Boilerplate Attorney Letter, is absolutely Nothing Special.

How can one state that the "2019" version is nothing special?

The 2019 "version" is what is going to have the SRMX yield sign removed and replaced with OTC PINK CURRENT INFORMATION
