Thing is, the company losses millions each quarter.

They issue debentures to debenture holders for 50% off the lowest 52 week closing price. Then they turn around and sell them on the market for massive profits. They have already issued 10's of billions more shares to the holders.

AG needs to basically give their shares away for things like Rent, Electric, Salaries and basically every single expense they have.

Currently there are 30 BILLION of these worthless shares trading,

Why would they buy back shares for full value when they are giving them away for 50% off the lowest 52 week closing price incurring 10% interest.
The interest on these debentures was more than the revenue they generated.

It's a toxic death spiral.

American Green is a proven scam.

R/S # 3 is not far off.

Heck they have been transferring the little assets they have to their other companies for the last 2 years.

This piggy is cooked.
