About the Reg-A, we just received additional questions today from the SEC reviewer, we are beginning to work on those, and we plan to make an Reg-A amendment next week.

As We commented in other communications, our Marketing Plan to increase the awareness of our Company and our Stock, will begin once we get the Reg-A approval.

In the mean time, we are working in the 10-Q, and we already begun the full audit of Swisslink, we are moving forward with the negotiation of Mid-West company, and running the Etelix business....

We understand that sometimes the things take longer that we expect and desire, but have confidence we are working everyday to achieve our business and corporate goals, in order to keep increasing our business value.
