Fan is covering his ass and trying to milk as much money out of this dead dog (QBID)...and if you don't believe me, get in touch with the SEC and ask them.
If you contact the SEC, you will have done more than Fan has! As I posted before, Fan contacted the SEC once, complaining that Frank Olsen ripped him off, but when the SEC tried to contact him, he has failed to return their calls or letters....
No matter what Fan says, it was under his tenure that the A/S was raised from 100 billion to 350 billion, and the paperwork from Washington State proves that!
