SEC Form 10-12 G is a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), also known as the "Initial Form for General Registration of Securities." This form is required when a publicly traded corporation wishes to register a class of securities pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. A company must file Form 10-12G if it has in excess of $10,000,000 in total assets and 750 or more shareholders on record.
