RECOM-911 pretty much what's on the web site.
NEW PRODUCT -- ROSETTA-911 (did not get the acronym for this) is an interoperable radio system that Biehler has designed. They spent a lot of time on this, and they think it's pretty hot stuff. ("A lot better and easier to use than Raytheons interop radio" according to Peters afterwards). Works in VHF, UHF, 800 MHz, and cellular phones, allows them to talk to each other. Works in conjunction with the RECOM unit or by itself in a portable version.

Business Plan - very similar to goals section. Martin used the term "San Diego Technology Office" and it was on the projection too. Found out later
