All proposals passed.
436,891,922 votes cast for 75.06% of the outstanding.
Directors averaged 97.25% approval(no breakdown given).
Farber and Hass got 99.18% approval.
Corp. move to Nevada got 95.3% approval.
Increase the authorized got 94.4% approval.
New people:
Lawrence McLean - VP Operations.
William Biehler - Director of Advanced Technology
Stephen Peters - Director of Strategic Corporate Planning
Michael Malone - Director of Marketing and Sales
Barabara Bennett - Director of Business Development

Meeting started at about 1:15. Very clear sunny day. All the new Directors were there except Raymond Magana, who was "stuck in traffic", but I never saw him arrive or be introduced.
