There was no RM in the past that I know of. ISBG “bought” the Besado/Dziaq brands from DKTS (still hasn’t paid for them though, years later... not to mention the CEO of DKTS and the President of ISBG are the same guy... so basically it was just theft by one of his shells against the shareholders of the other).

ISBG is not in the grey market either, still OTC pink they just have the skull and crossbones for shady promotion activities.
