My prediction for ALKM and PURA is that ALKM will split off their drink bottling line into a Joint Venture with PURA who will finance the building of duplicate bottling lines in several states (and Canada) to bottle EverX and THC Savor etc.

First, this will increase bottling capacity.
Second, they will still bottle for all ALKM's current and future CBD Customers (Kona Gold, Elevate, Black Rain, etc. are not actually competitors of EverX and others as some believe, they are actually in a position where the rising tide will lift all boats).
Third, it is not legal for products (such as THC Savor) that contain THC to be shipped over state boarders. This new JV would bottle in say California, Colorado, Canada, Washington, etc. where THC drinks are legal.

ALKM would get royalties for their patent (owned then by the new JV) and for managing the production. PURA would have control and access to much more bottling capacity and legal access to sell THC and CBD drinks in states where it is legal.
