MUCH WORSE THAN THE 90% LOSS SINCE THE REVERSE SPLIT.
There are NO BUYERS left, all MMEX has on are tick flippers (and only really naive ones at this point). There is no volumes, there is no reason to expect any pops from third party promoters as they have all but dried up. Attempting to flip this garbage is seriously flawed as there has not been an opportunity in months and flippers will almost certainly be in a losing position day one. The TOXIC NOTE HOLDERS are getting desperate and will take any volume they can get at this point.
This is going to get so much worse.
