I've actually lost track of how many of the newly printed 8 billion shares will be needed to deal with financing deals that have already gone through but assuming full dilution (and ignoring all the Preferred series) it will value each common at about $0.00016. I'm sure there is a level which will trigger the reverse split but am not sure what it is - $0.0006 perhaps? Early to mid June, in other words.
