What argument of mine have you debunked?

All I did was comment on your argument: which was ," small capital raises" are good for CYDY..

I think that idea is not a good idea at all..

I think if a major investor had put $50MM to $75 million in at 70 cents 22 months ago CYDY would be in a much, much better place today, yet you think raising small cash on a consistent basis at ever lower prices are good for the equity?

I don't think so; not only does the small raises retard work on developing the drugs (more time, better chance to get beaten to the punch, harder to hire good talent), the ever lower priced equity raises (and warrants at 50 cents) massively dilutes shareholders.

Thirdly, companies with no cash flow, high operating expense and relatively little cash in the treasury are beacons for vultures of all stripes: shorts, preferred share convertibles, cheap takeovers et al.

Finally, prudent investors don't like to invest in companies that are under capitalised.

Debunk that, my friend.
