You are absolutley correct. I realize that this deal is huge. And if this deal were to go through...well...lets just say that that would be good for IPKL's PPS...

they point that I was trying to make...is that they have been in negotiations for over 6 months now...so it would make sense...that the CNDRC would be aware of any dealings with IPKL...

especially since they are the ones that have approved the JV.
