but if they have received naming approval from the Chinese National Develpoment and Reform Commission, then it would make sense that the Chinese National Development and Reform Commission IS AWARE of a deal that is IN THE WORKS, right?

So...at this point...I am waiting to hear back from the CNDRC...

I will let you guys know what they say. I just hope that it is good :)
