IMO the company will release the 14 A sometime in the next 1-4 days and after that all of the PRs that you have wanted, and more will come the next 30-45 days before the RS. IMO uplist is also the goal and we will hear more about that soon.

Again, the stock has put in a solid bottom here in the .008ish area, no reason to fall now that the filing and PRs are about to flow.
