We have yet to hear from the new ownership group via a Press Release (there was an email sent to shareholders some time last year).

I'd imagine we should hear something in the coming months but that's just speculation. I doubt they acquired the ticker to do nothing with it. My guess is they're working behind the scenes on their plan.
