I generally don't like to see those but they are pretty normal for these small companies and its allegedly remediated. I don't think this implies a tangible increase in expenses. Most likely we are talking about hiring an employee or two and those wouldn't be executive level. The FL facility is more likely to be an expense hit but presumably with revenue to justify it.
