PennyProOTC, regarding the VYST share buyback...

That was explained numerous times within the forum. I'm not sure if the buyback is still on course to happen or not as it's not important to me. I'm not here as a shareholder because of the buyback. Stocks announce and/or do buybacks all of the time. They pop and then drop if the proper substance is not delivered.

I'm here because of the proper substance that is being delivered into VYST... which is Rotmans Furniture... and more.

The buyback would be nice, but from what was previously posted, the brokers have a concern with letting them do the buyback because of the dollar value of the portfolio of one of their Board of Directors and because of the amount of VYST shares that he already owns.

Jut think, if they use a few hundred million common shares to convert to preferred shares to do some major acquisitions, it would serve the same purpose as reducing the Outstanding Shares (OS) as if a buyback had occurred. Again, only food for thought.
