nbhitter22, here's the beauty of that with VYST...

With the Rotmans owning both VYST and Rotmans... that's the beauty of the deal. You stated... with Steve Rotman owning both businesses, this would only benefit himself massively!

That's only partly true. Here's the other part...

It's going to benefit all that decide to take the risk to be VYST shareholders massively too!

Just think, I'm sure he's not going to be doing any arguing with himself to be making any decisions regarding the closure of the deal. It's like he is approving himself to be acquired by himself.

It's just a matter of time to complete the formalities to have everything consummated. It's really that simple for understanding why VYST is going to be something incredibly huge. This is his family legacy of success to be passed down to generations to come. We can either benefit by being a part of it... or not. My decision is to be a part of it by being a shareholder.
